2. Acceptance of terms

By using haws.co.uk or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be posted here.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your region or have parental consent.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods. We’ll send an order acknowledgement, but acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the products. We reserve the right to cancel orders before dispatch (for example, due to stock issues or errors). If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you promptly.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices before acceptance. Payment is taken securely at checkout via approved methods. You must provide accurate billing and shipping details.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within standard timeframes (typically 3–5 working days for UK deliveries). Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier availability. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes once full payment is received. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

7. Consumer rights and returns

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Returns must follow our Returns Policy. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

8. Conversational AI & Chatbot

Our site includes AI-assisted chat to help with product questions and support. By using it, you agree that transcripts and any uploaded files (including images) may be reviewed for support and improvement purposes. Do not share sensitive or confidential information. We may feature anonymised or consented images in public guides.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, introduce malware, or attempt to bypass or manipulate the AI system. Illegal, abusive, or offensive content is prohibited.

10. Media and image submissions

When you share photos or videos with us:

  • Ownership: You retain copyright, but grant Haws a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish such media for internal training, quality assurance, and - with your consent - public-facing educational materials (e.g., care guides, blog posts, tutorials).

  • Consent: We will seek explicit written consent before using identifiable media publicly. We may anonymise or crop media to remove personal data before publication.

  • Attribution: We may credit contributors by first name or keep contributions anonymous, according to your preference.

  • Withdrawal: You can revoke permission for future use by contacting general@haws.co.uk.

11. Product information

We aim to display colours and dimensions accurately, but variations may occur. We may adjust product specifications or packaging without notice.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of your purchase, except where prohibited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
